With each title insurance order, you will receive a confirmation letter, acknowledging receipt of your title order. For purchases, Gravity Title will send the title binder to the appropriate lender and also to the seller’s attorney upon your request. For refinances, we will send the title binder directly to the lender.
Turnaround Time:
Purchase orders: The title binder will be sent to you within 3-5 business days.
Refinance orders: Title Binders will be sent to you within 2-3 business days.
